<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Mining Department, with direct reporting to the Engineer – Short Term Mine Planning.</strong>&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>The Graduate Development Program – </strong><strong>Mining (MIN02)</strong> is to:&nbsp;</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist in preparing daily and weekly mine plans aligned with production targets, equipment availability, and ore quality requirements.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist in designing pit sequences, dumping locations, and stockpiles related to short-term mine planning to ensure alignment with medium- and long-term mine planning.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist in clearly communicating and coordinating mine plans with all production-related departments, such as Mine Operations, Survey, Geotechnical &amp; Hydrogeology, Mine Geology, Processing, Mine Project, and contractors.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist in monitoring actual performance against plans, and providing variance analysis, improvement plans, and operational recommendations.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist in supporting operational activities to manage daily challenges and adjust plans as needed in the field.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist in ensuring compliance with pit design parameters and geotechnical constraints.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist in comparing planned and actual production (tonnage, grade, and location) to identify any deviations.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist the Mine Engineer in preparing daily and weekly reports.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Assist the Mine Engineer in ensuring that all short-term mine planning complies with safety, geotechnical, and environmental standards, particularly those referring to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 and the principles of good mining practice.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;</p>



<ol start="1" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Minimum Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Mine Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>



<ol start="2" class="wp-block-list">
<li>English language proficiency (supported by appropriate documents/certificates, for example, TOEFL: 400 or IELTS: 4.0).&nbsp;</li>
</ol>



<ol start="3" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Desirable Master&#8217;s degree in Mine Engineering, have Driver&#8217;s License (SIM A), and POP Certification.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>



<ol start="4" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Good knowledge of Fleet Management Systems.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>



<ol start="5" class="wp-block-list">
<li>Have attended workshops related to Fleet Management Systems.&nbsp;</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>This position is based at the Martabe Site within the Mining Department and reports directly to the Engineer – Fleet Management System.</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>The responsibilities of the Graduate Development Program – Mining </strong>includes:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Gaining in-depth knowledge of PTAR&#8217;s Business Processes and providing data-driven solutions supported by the Fleet Management System.</li>



<li>Managing mine production information and reporting systems on a shift-by-shift basis.</li>



<li>Maintaining and updating the Fleet Management System in line with mining progress.</li>



<li>Coordinating and overseeing production activities through the effective use of the Fleet Management System, ensuring alignment with operations to meet or exceed production and productivity targets.</li>



<li>Analyzing and reporting reasons for non-compliance with operational targets or dispatch instructions by operators or supervisors, providing data-driven recommendations to the operations team for resolution.</li>



<li>Upholding operational quality standards to implement Good Mining Practice (GMP) as part of operational excellence, utilizing the Fleet Management System as a core value</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering; a master’s degree in mining is preferred.</li>



<li>Indonesian citizens aged 18-25 for bachelor’s degree holders and 24-28 for Master&#8217;s/Postgraduate Degree holders.</li>



<li>A minimum GPA of 3.0.</li>



<li>Possession of a POP Certificate is preferred.</li>



<li>Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.</li>



<li>Prior experience and a solid understanding of Mining Business Processes.</li>



<li>Strong skills in analysis, reporting, and technical writing.</li>



<li>Comprehensive knowledge of mining operations, preferably in open-pit hard rock mining; familiarity with drilling, blasting, and project work is an advantage.</li>



<li>Competency in data analysis and the ability to provide data-driven solutions.</li>



<li>Knowledge of equipment specifications and capabilities.</li>



<li>Full-time commitment to the program, including signing a Development Agreement Letter and willingness to work on-site under a roster schedule.</li>



<li>Demonstrated motivation, creativity, strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities.</li>



<li>Passion for learning and openness to challenges.</li>



<li>Strong commitment to PTAR&#8217;s standards regarding environmental protection, safety, business ethics, and good corporate governance.</li>



<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.</li>
