This position is based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the Supply Chain Management Department and reports directly to the Senior Administrator – Catalogue and Inventory Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Graduate Development Program in SCM<\/strong> is responsible for assisting the Senior Inventory Controller in managing all inventory activities. This includes reviewing inventory parameters, managing bulk commodity replenishment, scheduling and forecasting, conducting stocktaking, and overseeing stock replenishment functions. The goal is to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information, and prevent stock shortages or excess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Minimum of a bachelor\u2019s degree in management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; an Engineering background is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Indonesian citizen with a bachelor\u2019s degree, aged 18-25 years, or a Master’s\/Postgraduate degree, aged 24-28 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A minimum GPA of 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Strong motivation to complete tasks and achieve goals according to set targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Ability to establish positive and effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn new knowledge, skills, methods, and technologies relevant to their field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to systematically analyze problems and identify root causes based on relevant data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a commitment to following policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Proficiency in data processing applications such as MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating visual presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
