This role will be based at the Martabe Site within the Processing (Maintenance) Department, reporting directly to the Coordinator of Reliability Engineering.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Graduate Development Program \u2013 Maintenance<\/strong> is designed to educate, train, and prepare recent graduates to become professional engineers in mechanical reliability and\/or mechanical project management. The successful candidate will support the Processing Maintenance execution teams to meet operational needs. This program will provide development in both engineering applications related to mineral processing plant machinery and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include managing, executing, and improving reliability-centered maintenance functions. The candidate will work as part of a team, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and providing professional support to the broader maintenance group. The primary duties of this position are to actively learn and apply knowledge and skills related to the reliability of equipment in a mineral processing facility. The successful candidate will assist the Reliability Engineering team in developing and implementing condition monitoring, predictive maintenance techniques, and failure analysis with the goal of enhancing process plant asset performance. Key focus areas include vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. A recognized bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable university in Indonesia or abroad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Indonesian citizen aged 18-25 years for bachelor\u2019s degree, and 24-28 years for Master\u2019s\/Postgraduate Degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Minimum academic GPA of 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ability to interpret basic technical and mechanical drawings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. English proficiency, demonstrated by appropriate certification (e.g., TOEFL: minimum score of 400 or IELTS: 4.0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Full-time commitment to the program, including signing a Development Agreement and willingness to be placed at the Martabe Site under a roster schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Possession of a valid and recognized driver\u2019s license is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Demonstrated motivation, creativity, communication skills, and teamwork ability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. A passion for learning new things and openness to challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Strong ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. High commitment to PTAR standards in environmental stewardship, safety, business ethics, and good corporate governance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
