{"id":161721,"date":"2024-10-04T09:02:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T09:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agincourtresources.com\/jobs\/graduate-development-program-mining-gdp-min02-copy\/"},"modified":"2024-10-16T11:49:55","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T11:49:55","slug":"graduate-development-program-mining-gdp-min02","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/agincourtresources.com\/id\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=161721","title":{"rendered":"GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM \u2013 MINING (GDP-MIN02)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This position is based at the Martabe Site within the Mining Department and reports directly to the Engineer \u2013 Fleet Management System.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The responsibilities of the Graduate Development Program \u2013 Mining <\/strong>includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gaining in-depth knowledge of PTAR&#8217;s Business Processes and providing data-driven solutions supported by the Fleet Management System.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing mine production information and reporting systems on a shift-by-shift basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining and updating the Fleet Management System in line with mining progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating and overseeing production activities through the effective use of the Fleet Management System, ensuring alignment with operations to meet or exceed production and productivity targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyzing and reporting reasons for non-compliance with operational targets or dispatch instructions by operators or supervisors, providing data-driven recommendations to the operations team for resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upholding operational quality standards to implement Good Mining Practice (GMP) as part of operational excellence, utilizing the Fleet Management System as a core value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in mining engineering; a master\u2019s degree in mining is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indonesian citizens aged 18-25 for bachelor\u2019s degree holders and 24-28 for Master&#8217;s\/Postgraduate Degree holders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum GPA of 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a POP Certificate is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience and a solid understanding of Mining Business Processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong skills in analysis, reporting, and technical writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of mining operations, preferably in open-pit hard rock mining; familiarity with drilling, blasting, and project work is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competency in data analysis and the ability to provide data-driven solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of equipment specifications and capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full-time commitment to the program, including signing a Development Agreement Letter and willingness to work on-site under a roster schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated motivation, creativity, strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for learning and openness to challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commitment to PTAR&#8217;s standards regarding environmental protection, safety, business ethics, and good corporate governance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
