This role will be based at the Martabe Site within the IT & Systems Department and will report directly to the Coordinator of Systems Development & Operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a participant in the Graduate Development Program \u2013 IT & Systems<\/strong>, you will be actively involved in pioneering digital transformation projects focused on harnessing data and advanced digital technologies in alignment with Industry 4.0. This position offers hands-on experience in infrastructure management, data science, and digital innovation initiatives designed to boost operational efficiency, automation, and sustainability in an industrial environment. It is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates eager to contribute to impactful projects utilizing IoT, AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Indonesian citizens with the following age criteria: 18-25 for Bachelor’s degree holders; 24-28 for Master’s\/Postgraduate degree holders at the time of application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Minimum GPA of 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Familiarity with IoT, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Proficiency in data management platforms and databases (SQL, NoSQL).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Experience with data analytics tools such as Python, R, or Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on innovation and data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Passion for digital transformation and sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
