This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Human Resources Department and will report directly to the Superintendent \u2013 Human Resources.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Graduate Development Program \u2013 Human Resources <\/strong>will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across the Human Resources Department, including in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Minimum of a bachelor\u2019s degree in Law or industrial engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Preferably possess an HR Expertise Certification or a BNSP certificate in HR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Maximum of 2 years of experience in HR; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Must be an Indonesian citizen. Bachelor’s Degree applicants should be aged 18-25, while Master’s\/Postgraduate Degree applicants should be aged 24-28 at the time of enrolment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A minimum GPA of 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. A solid understanding of employment laws and legal frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Knowledge of Industrial Relations Disputes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Preferably experienced in Compensation & Benefits or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
