This position will be based at Martabe Site in the IT & Systems Department and will report directly to the Superintendent \u2013 Information Systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Business Analyst – Information Systems will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable solutions, engaging with stakeholders and third-party vendors, and managing project documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business Analyst must have in-dept skill on analytical, documentation, verbal communication, Microsoft software, database, and IT infrastructure environment concept. Data mining and coding experience would be a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in information systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT Project Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Excellent documentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Solid stakeholder management capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Proficient in process modelling and tools such as Flowchart, DFD, UML, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Proficient in data modelling and analysis using SQL and NoSQL schemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Understanding of UI\/UX concepts and implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Knowledge of MVC and SPA architecture in system development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Understanding of the Microsoft environment (On-Premise, Cloud, Hybrid).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
