This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Facility & Services Department and will report directly to the Senior Supervisor \u2013 Building Maintenance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supervisor – Water Sewage Waste<\/strong> is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant to ensure wastewater quality meets established standards. Effective management of the plant is critical to maintaining the company\u2019s reputation and ensuring compliance with the operational license. The successful operation of the Sewage Treatment Plant directly contributes to the company\u2019s ability to uphold its license to operate, making this role essential to the organization\u2019s ongoing success<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in environmental engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other related environmental disciplines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating Sewage Treatment Plants and Water Treatment Plants as a Supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In-depth knowledge of Sewage Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant operations and associated technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Possession of a POPPAL Certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Preferred knowledge of piping systems, pump operation, and design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Preferred understanding of water and wastewater sampling and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive working environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. High ethical standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
