Communications &amp; Outreach Strategy.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Graduate Development Program \u2013 <\/strong><strong>Corporate Communications <\/strong>is responsible to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be part of the PT Agincourt Resources corporate communications team, responsible for managing reputation, stakeholder engagement, and internal-external communications.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop corporate communications skills in branding, relations with regional, provincial, and national media\/journalists, and sustainability reporting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Play an active role in supporting the implementation of ESG practices and the company&#8217;s sustainability commitments.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage effective, creative, and impactful communications programs for both internal and external stakeholders.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internal Communications (employee engagement, internal media, corporate culture campaigns).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>External Communications (media relations, publications, stakeholder communications).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Community &amp; Sustainability Communications (corporate signature programs, social communications, ESG reporting).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital Communication &amp; Creative Content (supporting website management, digital strategy, social media, annual photo sessions, visual communication design, videos, podcasts).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corporate Event Management (supporting corporate event activities, having initiatives\/ideas that support corporate programs)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crisis &amp; Issues Management (supporting the management of crisis and emergency communications).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Communication Studies, International Relations, Journalism, Public Relations, Management, or related field.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience: Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of work experience.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Languages: Proficient in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Additional skills: Digital content creation, storytelling, visual communication design, public speaking, event organizing, and social media skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-depth understanding of ESG &amp;
