IARA&#8217;s function helps organizations achieve their objectives by implementing a systematic and structured approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The primary role of Risk Management is to assist management in managing strategic and operational risks through systematic analysis to identify, assess, analyze, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor risks and opportunities that could impact the achievement of the company&#8217;s strategic and financial objectives. This process produces an organizational risk profile and establishes key risks\/enterprise risks acceptable to management and the board of directors. Furthermore, the formal Risk Management process serves as the basis for planning and prioritizing annual internal audit activities.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In facing increasingly complex and dynamic business challenges, the IARA team requires new talents who are highly motivated to learn, innovative, and have the ability to adapt to technology and change. The purpose of recruiting a Risk Management Supervisor is to provide comprehensive analytical support to the Senior Risk Management Supervisor by collecting, processing, and analyzing operational risk data across all mining operations, to be able to provide structured reports and insights to support the identification, assessment, and mitigation decision-making processes based on historical data.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fresh graduates with a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting \/ Financial Management \/ Industrial Engineering \/ Information Systems \/ Information Technology or Statistics \/ Mathematics.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduated from a reputable, accredited university.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and business skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Willing to participate in intensive training and development programs during the GDP period.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recruitment Location: Universitas Indonesia (03 &amp;
