This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Human Resources Department, with direct reporting to the Senior Supervisor Corporate Culture Management.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Graduate Development Program \u2013 <\/strong>Human Resources <\/strong>is to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Assist the Corporate Culture team in designing programs to internalize core values \u200b\u200band the desired work culture (e.g., cultural onboarding programs, ethics awareness campaigns, and values \u200b\u200btraining).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Responsible for facilitating and managing workshops, sharing sessions, or small training sessions aimed at translating core values \u200b\u200binto specific work behaviors (behavioral indicators).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Assist in developing internal communication content (articles, newsletters, internal social media, videos) that consistently articulates and celebrates the company’s core values.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Manage and monitor internal communication channels used for culture dissemination, ensuring information is accurate, inspiring, and easy to understand.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a work environment that values \u200b\u200ball backgrounds.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Assist with change management processes related to organizational culture.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              1. Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus group discussions (FGDs) in various departments to gather data on employee perceptions of the current work culture.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. Assist in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., engagement survey results) to identify gaps between the desired culture and the existing culture (as-is vs. to-be).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Prepare regular reports on culture progress, engagement measurement results, the impact of training programs, and recommendations for improvement.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    1. Assist in documenting the entire company culture program.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      1. Perform administrative work related to the entire company culture program.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        1. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the culture program is running effectively.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant major such as Psychology (Industrial & Organizational), Human Resource Management (HR), Management (Organizational\/Strategic), or Communication Science.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            1. Fresh Graduate or a maximum of 2 years of work experience.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                \n
                              1. Have leadership experience or active membership in student\/extracurricular organizations that focus on team or community development (minimum 1 year).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n
                                1. Desirable have minimum 6 months of internship experience in HR, Learning & Development (L&D), or Corporate Communication.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                    \n
                                  1. Desirable have experience in designing or implementing small-scale employee culture, ethics, or engagement projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
