This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Environment Department, with direct reporting to the Supervisor \u2013 Mine Rehabilitation.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Graduate Development Program \u2013 <\/strong>Environment <\/strong>is to ensure the implementation of the environmental management system, environmental management activities comply with the AMDAL\/ESIA (Environmental and Social Impact Analysis), the Internal Biodiversity Code of Practice, and other environmental regulations, including ISO 14001. Conduct biodiversity management, particularly related to mycorrhizal culture programs, bacterial cultures, tissue cultures, and other microorganisms. In general, participate in biodiversity management and monitoring programs around the PTAR concession area, including monitoring the protection and rescue of flora and fauna, monitoring and managing aquatic biota data, enriching the rehabilitation of degraded forests, and conserving and producing local trees. Prepare timely environmental management performance reports, including providing data for environmental inspections, audits, environmental assessments, or other purposes, in accordance with regulations and SOP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environment, Biology, Forestry, Natural Resource Management or Equivalent. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Experience in the cultivation and monitoring of microorganisms, including their identification. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Experience as a laboratory analyst. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Familiarity with Environmental Management in Mining or other industries for at least 1 year. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Familiarity with AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and Forest Rehabilitation. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Extensive knowledge of Indonesian Environmental Regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              1. Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, service, and goal-oriented skills. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. Familiarity with Environmental Management in Mining. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Desirable Have knowledge of environmental microbiology, microorganism, fungi and\/or tissue culture techniques.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
