This position will be based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the IT & Systems Department and will report directly to the Superintendent \u2013 Systems Development & Operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Engineer \u2013 System Development & Operations <\/strong>is responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting the company’s systems and applications. The role focuses on delivering reliable application solutions, maintaining system performance and quality, and ensuring the continuity of both internally developed systems and solutions managed together with business partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and competencies:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (D4) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Minimum 2\u20135 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer, with exposure to enterprise application development, system integration, and production support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework\/.NET, and Web API development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Strong front-end development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, React.js and\/or Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Strong skills in database development, optimization, and data modeling across SQL and NoSQL platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other modern database technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs, integrating enterprise applications, and working with third-party systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Experience using Git-based version control, collaborative development practices, and Agile\/Scrum methodologies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Experience supporting and maintaining applications within Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure Services, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and enterprise authentication solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, modern deployment practices, and production support within enterprise environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Good understanding of secure software development, authentication and authorization mechanisms, vulnerability management, and application security best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, implementation partners, business users, and technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and accountability skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
