{"id":64979,"date":"2023-03-05T15:28:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-05T15:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agincourtresources.com\/2023\/04\/11\/olimpiade-agincourt-resources-2022-resmi-ditutuptim-magsite-dari-universitas-diponegoro-jadi-juara-1-copy\/"},"modified":"2023-04-24T15:22:35","modified_gmt":"2023-04-24T15:22:35","slug":"teknologi-aman-pengolahan-emas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agincourtresources.com\/id\/2023\/03\/05\/teknologi-aman-pengolahan-emas\/","title":{"rendered":"Teknologi Aman Pengolahan Emas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Pada tahun 2019<\/strong>, Pemerintah Indonesia menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden No. 21 tahun 2019 tentang Rencana Aksi Nasional Pengurangan dan Penghapusan Merkuri (RAN PPM). Penggunaan merkuri pada berbagai sektor industri berpotensi membahayakan banyak pihak karena menimbulkan dampak berupa pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan serta mengancam kesehatan manusia, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, seperti tremor, gangguan motorik, gangguan saraf, penyakit ginjal, paru-paru, dan iritasi kulit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sektor industri yang berperan sebagai penyumbang emisi merkuri terbesar yang dibuang ke lingkungan adalah Pertambangan Emas Skala Kecil (PESK). Jumlah estimasi untuk penggunaan merkuri di satu lokasi tambang bahkan mencapai 6,2 kg sampai 85,63 kg per tahun. Dengan kata lain, jika dijumlahkan, penggunaan merkuri dapat mencapai 192,53 ton per tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada rentang tahun 2019-2020, pemerintah telah berhasil menghapus penggunaan merkuri seberat 10,45 ton. Namun, ini masih jauh dari target RAN PPM, yaitu pengurangan merkuri sebesar 100 % di sektor PESK pada 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspek teknologi merupakan salah satu faktor kunci untuk mengatasi permasalahan merkuri di sektor PESK. Berikut sejumlah teknologi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meniadakan penggunaan merkuri dalam pengolahan emas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A. Teknologi untuk Jenis Endapan Emas Primer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Teknologi Pelindian <\/strong><strong><em>Leaching<\/em><\/strong><strong> Sianidasi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Teknologi pengolahan emas dengan proses sianida, <a href=\"https:\/\/agincourtresources.com\/id\/2021\/02\/17\/mengintip-proses-penambangan-emas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bijih emas<\/a> dipecah kemudian dihaluskan sampai lolos ayakan 200<em> mesh<\/em> menggunakan <em>ball mill<\/em>. Setelah homogen, dilakukan proses sianidasi dengan pemberian udara dan pengadukan di dalam tangki selama 48 jam sambil mengatur kondisi pH antara 10,5\u201311 menggunakan kapur. Kemudian, dilakukan proses adsorpsi dengan penambahan karbon aktif. Emas yang terserap ke dalam karbon akan melalui proses pembakaran. Abunya ditambahkan dengan boraks dan selanjutnya dilebur pada temperatur 1000\u20131200\u2103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Teknologi Pelindian <\/strong><strong><em>Leaching<\/em><\/strong><strong> Tiourea<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiourea digunakan sebagai alternatif sianida, terutama pada batuan berjenis primer, dan sulfida rendah. Tiourea secara relatif tidak beracun dan aman bagi lingkungan. Sistem kerja reaktor tiourea adalah dengan mensirkulasi lumpur menggunakan larutan tiourea yang ditambahkan larutan H<sub>2<\/sub>SO<sub>4<\/sub> dan FeSO<sub>4<\/sub>. Kemudian dilakukan pemisahan filtrat dengan proses adsorpsi menggunakan karbon aktif resin. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses pembakaran lalu dilebur dengan temperatur 1.000\u20131.200\u00b0C dengan penambahan reagen berupa boraks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Teknologi Pelindian <\/strong><strong><em>Leaching<\/em><\/strong><strong> Tiousulfat<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Terdapat dua jenis garam <em>tiosulfat <\/em>yang mudah ditemukan di pasaran, yaitu <em>sodium thiosulfate<\/em> dan <em>ammonium thiosulfate<\/em>. Masing-masing senyawa tersebut mampu melarutkan emas dan perak, namun dengan laju pelarutan yang berbeda-beda. Kelebihan penggunaan tiosulfat sebagai <em>reagen leaching<\/em> emas yaitu tingkat toksisitasnya yang sangat rendah, bisa untuk <em>leaching<\/em> bijih dengan berbagai tipe (termasuk bijih kompleks dan <em>preg-robbing<\/em>), memberikan tingkat <em>recovery<\/em> yang tinggi, serta kinetika yang lebih cepat dibandingkan proses sianidasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Flotasi<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Flotasi merupakan mekanisme konsentrasi kimia fisika untuk memisahkan mineral berharga dari yang tidak berharga, dengan mendasarkan pada sifat permukaan mineral, yaitu senang tidaknya terhadap udara. Zat yang bersifat hidrofilik akan tetap berada dalam fase air sedangkan zat yang bersifat hidrofobik akan terikat pada gelembung udara dan akan terbawa ke permukaan larutan lalu membentuk buih yang dapat dipisahkan dari cairan tersebut. Flotasi dapat diterapkan pada bijih emas dengan ukuran partikel emas yang sangat kecil (\u00b5m) dan mineral dominannya adalah sulfida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B.Teknologi untuk Jenis Bijih Emas Aluvial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Konsentrasi gravitasi<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsentrasi gravitasi adalah teknik pengolahan emas yang didasarkan pada perbedaan berat jenis antara emas dengan mineral-mineral pengotornya. Proses pemisahan ini umumnya dilakukan dalam media air. Emas yang mempunyai densitas tinggi akan terkonsentrasi di lapisan bawah sedangkan mineral-mineral pengotor yang berat jenisnya lebih ringan akan berada di lapisan atas. Pengolahan emas dengan menggunakan metode ini biasanya tidak menggunakan bahan kimia dan cocok untuk mengolah bijih yang ukuran partikel emasnya lebih dari 100 \u00b5m. The yield of this first harvest is 5.2 tonnes\/ha.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia verified Siporang, a superior rice seed originating from South Tapanuli District, and granted it Certification of Plant Variety Registration. The Head of District of South Tapanuli, Dolly Putra Parlindungan Pasaribu, handed over the certification to PTAR in June 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cIn the future, we set the target of a figure of 5.6 to 5.8 tonnes\/ha for each harvest, twice per year, with this organic system,\u201d said Rohani Simbolon, the Community Development Manager of PTAR.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>For this program, PTAR gives support in the form of plant production facilities, starting from compost, liquid fertilizer for organic cultivation, chemical fertilizer and pesticides for conventional cultivation, and capacity building and accompaniment from the beginning of the cultivation until the harvest with the <em>BPP<\/em> of Batangtoru.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>PTAR not only developed Siporang rice seeds in the Aek Pahu Farmer Group of Napa Village, but it also utilized a conventional method and partnered with the Permata Hijau Farmer Group of Sipenggeng Village.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cThis program is a form of our commitment to improving the quality of the agricultural sector in South Tapanuli District so that it can also directly improve the local economy around the Martabe Gold Mine area, in addition to supporting the Head of District\u2019s efforts to develop local rice seeds,\u201d Rohani said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture of South Tapanuli, Muhammad Taufik Batubara, said, this Siporang rice harvest in Batangtoru Subdistrict is an important moment, because endemically, Siporang seeds grow in the Sipirok area that has an altitude above 800 masl, while the Batangtoru area is lowland.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cIt means, Siporang seeds can be cultivated not only in the highlands. This opens the possibility to develop Siporang in another area,\u201d Taufik explained.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Then, Taufik disclosed, the development of Siporang rice seeds is in line with the Head of District\u2019s visions in the agricultural sector, namely agricultural development through the strengthening of local wisdom in respective
