<li>Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational issues and implement corrective and preventive improvement actions.</li>



<li>Support optimization initiatives across loading and hauling operations, fleet management systems, drill and blast activities, fuel consumption, ore recovery, dilution control, and mining work systems.</li>



<li>Collaborate with Mine Operations, Mine Planning, FMS, Mining Contractors, and HSE teams to support operational excellence initiatives.</li>



<li>Develop and standardize operational procedures, best practices, and sustainable process improvement initiatives.</li>

<li>Coordinate and communicate mine plans effectively with relevant departments, including Mine Operations, Survey, Geotechnical &amp; Hydrogeology, Mine Geology, Processing, Mine Projects, and contractors.</li>



<li>Monitor actual performance against mine plans and provide variance analysis, operational recommendations, and improvement actions.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>The role of the Engineer – Electrical &amp; Reliability is to </strong>manage the Reliability Engineering function within plant maintenance and provide technical support to the Maintenance team in accordance with operational requirements. This position will work collaboratively within a team environment, seek continuous improvement opportunities, and provide broader professional support to the Maintenance department. This position will focus on improving the reliability of the crushing, milling, and gold extraction circuits in line with the business plan. Furthermore, it will provide support and training on reliability principles to Condition Monitoring technicians and the Maintenance &amp; Operations teams</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Candidates for this </strong><strong>position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>The role of the </strong><strong>Engineer &#8211; Mechanical Project</strong><strong> </strong>plays a critical part in delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable mechanical engineering projects that support operational excellence and long-term plant reliability.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, engineering design support, and end-to-end project management for plant modifications, upgrades, and optimization initiatives across the Processing Plant and supporting infrastructure.</p>

<li>Lead the safe and timely execution of approved CAPEX and operational projects to achieve targeted business outcomes and operational improvements.</li>

<li>Establish and monitor project KPIs, while driving improvements in maintenance, safety, reliability, and operational capability resulting from completed projects.</li>



<li>Prepare CAPEX submissions, cost estimates, quarterly forecasts, and support OPEX budgeting activities as required.</li>



<li>Ensure maintenance strategies and inventory requirements are properly implemented and integrated following project completion.</li>



<li>Collaborate closely with Reliability, Maintenance, and Processing teams throughout the full project lifecycle — from concept development to commissioning and handover.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>The role of the Manager – Study &amp; Development is to</strong> manage, direct, and ensure the implementation of development projects and studies, as well as initiatives to improve the mine’s Life of Mine (LOM) plans including tailings facility development, water management, green energy, supporting infrastructure, and other sustainable solution initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are carried out according to plan, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable technical standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Project Management, or other related fields; a Master’s degree (S2) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.</li>



<li>POP/POM certification is required.</li>



<li>Possess a valid SIMPER certification for pit and other operational areas, as required.</li>

<li>Good knowledge of slope performance assessment using monitoring instruments such as InSAR satellite systems, radar, RTS, inclinometers, piezometers, and related monitoring tools.</li>



<li>Familiar with wet tailings disposal management systems.</li>
