The responsibilities of the Junior Mine Geologist include:

1. Offering guidance and specialized knowledge regarding the geological aspects of gold-silver mining development and production.
2. Assisting in ensuring the quality of extracted mineralized rock.
3. Ensuring the safety of the ore extraction process.
4. Overseeing drilling programs.
5. Conducting pit mapping, sampling, and test work programs.

Applicants for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geological Science.
2. Demonstrated experience of 1 – 2 years in mine geology, exploration, or resource development.
3. Essential proficiency in rock mineralization and alteration knowledge.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with 3D Geological modeling software is advantageous.
5. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
6. Willingness to undergo training and share knowledge with colleagues.
7. Ability to work both in the field and office settings for extended periods.
8. Fluent in English, with proficient written and verbal communication skills
9. Excellent active listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
10. Commitment to continuous self-improvement.
11. Ability to foster positive working relationships, understand and respect others, and build strong team dynamics.
12. Ability to create and manage realistic and comprehensive short-term and long-term work plans, including monitoring and evaluation of progress.
