The award was presented during the 50th PRSU Closing Ceremony, held on 2 August 2026 at the Tapian Daya Complex in Medan. The event was attended by Vice Governor of North Sumatra H. Surya, B.Sc., regional leaders from across North Sumatra, representatives of regional legislative councils, partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
