On Thursday, July 25, 2024, Agincourt Resources once again achieved a remarkable feat. At an annual event organized by the Padangsidimpuan Branch of the Employment Social Security Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), Agincourt Resources was awarded the Best Compliance Company for reporting labor data and wages. The award was presented directly by the Head of the Padangsidimpuan Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Eris Aprianto, to Agincourt Resources Superintendent of Compensation & Health Benefit Anny Nasution, on the sidelines of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padangsidimpuan Company Gathering at PIA Hotel Pandan, Sibolga City.
This award is a form of appreciation from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for Agincourt Resources’ compliance in fulfilling its obligations as a participant. By consistently reporting labor data and wages accurately and on time, Agincourt Resources has set a good example for other companies.
In addition to Agincourt Resources, two other companies also received awards, namely PT Sangatie Soerya Sejahtera as the Employer with the Best Active Workforce Growth and PT Gobel Dharma Sarana Karya as the Employer with the Best JMO Utilization.
The Head of the Padangsidimpuan Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Eris Aprianto, said, “This award is given as a form of appreciation to companies that have played an active role in the employment social security program. We hope that this award can motivate other companies to continue improving their compliance.” The Company Gathering organized by the Padangsidimpuan Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a regular annual agenda aimed at strengthening relations between BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and employers. In addition to the award ceremony, the event was also filled with socialization of the latest BPJS Ketenagakerjaan programs.
