On Thursday, November 14, 2024, Agincourt Resources once again demonstrated its consistent commitment to sound mining practices. At the 2024 Technical Meeting for Mine Engineers and Operational Heads of Mineral and Coal Mining Companies organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Agincourt Resources was awarded the prestigious Mining Engineering and Environmental Innovation Award in the Mining Safety category, specifically for Mineral Commodity Mining Companies.
This award is a testament to Agincourt Resources’ innovation and dedication to implementing Good Mining Practices. The award ceremony, held at Pecatu Hall, Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, was attended by mining company leaders, ESDM Directorate officials, and Mine Engineers and Operational Heads from various mining companies in Indonesia.

Rahmat Lubis, General Manager & Deputy Director of Operations and Head of Mining Engineering at Agincourt Resources, personally received the award. In addition to receiving the award, Rahmat Lubis also served as a speaker at the event, discussing the theme of “Improving the Performance of Implementing Good Mining Practices to Realize a Progressive and Sustainable Indonesia.” In his presentation, Rahmat Lubis outlined the preparation of Agincourt Resources’ Mineral Production Plan for 2025-2029.
“This award is a clear demonstration of our commitment to continuously improving safety standards across all of Agincourt Resources’ mining operations,” he said.
