Agincourt Resources monitored the progress of the Posyandu Innovation Program through a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Roadshow held from Tuesday to Thursday, December 3–5, 2024. This initiative aimed to ensure the program is running as planned and delivering significant benefits to the community.
The roadshow also evaluated the extent to which the Posyandu Innovation Program implemented at 14 Pilot Posyandu and the preparation of Integrated Primary Services (ILP) at Batang Toru Health Center and Hutagodang Auxiliary Health Center (Pustu) has achieved its objectives. Additionally, it served as a platform to identify challenges and develop solutions to improve the program’s effectiveness.
During the first two days, December 3–4, 2024, visits were conducted to the 14 Pilot Posyandu. The findings revealed that 13 of these Posyandu had implemented the Posyandu Innovation Program, with seven already providing life-cycle services and utilizing the Posyandu Assistance Card. However, one Posyandu had yet to adopt the program due to a lack of support from the village government.

Nevertheless, cluster assignments had been established, the production of cluster signage was in progress, and additional staffing for Hutagodang Auxiliary Health Center had been arranged.
