On Thursday, January 30, 2025, Agincourt Resources held the announcement event for the winners of the Martabe Young Creative Entrepreneurs Award 2024 at Bagas Silua, Aek Pining, Batang Toru District. Through this event, Agincourt Resources aims to continue encouraging the youth of South Tapanuli to develop their creativity and innovate in the field of entrepreneurship.
The Martabe Young Creative Entrepreneurs Award program began in November 2024, with registration attracting 58 participants. Administrative selection narrowed this down to 28 participants who proceeded to the business presentation stage, eventually resulting in 15 finalists. The final judging process involved field verification, ultimately selecting 6 winners in categories ranging from first place to third place with honorable mentions.

The event was attended by 45 participants, including the Head of the Department of Trade and Cooperatives for SMEs of South Tapanuli, Novita Sari Wahyuni, the District Head of Batang Toru, Mara Tinggi Siregar, the District Head of Muara Batang Toru, Faisal Chandra Hasan Harahap, the panel of judges, the 15 finalists, and others.
In her speech, Novita Sari Wahyuni, the Head of the Department of Trade and Cooperatives for SMEs of South Tapanuli, praised Agincourt Resources’ role in supporting the development of young entrepreneurs in the region. “I hope this event inspires the younger generation to be more courageous in pursuing entrepreneurship,” said Novita.
Agincourt Resources’ Community Development Manager, Mrs. Rohani Simbolon, also emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting the growth of the younger generation, particularly in creating new job opportunities that can empower the local community.
