On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, Agincourt Resources donated 40 computers, along with 40 headsets and 40 sets of desks and chairs, to Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Tapanuli Selatan. The handover ceremony was attended by Community Relations Manager Masdar Muda Hasibuan, the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office for Tapanuli Selatan Regency, H. Masir Rambe, the Principal of MTsN 3 Tapanuli Selatan, H. Oloan Harahap, along with the school’s teaching staff and administrative team.

This donation is part of Agincourt Resources’ Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPM), aimed at supporting the digitalization of education and enhancing the quality of learning. In his remarks, Masdar Muda Hasibuan stated, “Through this donation, we hope students will develop a deeper understanding of technology and acquire computer operation skills. In today’s world, technological proficiency is a critical necessity to ensure the younger generation is not left behind.”
The donation addresses a significant need for MTsN 3 Tapanuli Selatan, which previously lacked a computer lab. With a student population of 961, the computers are expected to support Computer-Based Written Examinations (UTBK) and various technology-based learning activities. The Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office for Tapanuli Selatan, H. Masir Rambe, expressed his appreciation for the donation. “Education is a shared responsibility, and Agincourt Resources has demonstrated remarkable commitment to advancing education under the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ jurisdiction.”
