To conclude the series of activities for the National Month of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in 2024 at the Martabe Gold Mine, various exciting activities were organized, ranging from Fun Walks, Safety Expos, the presentation of Free Lost Time Injury (LTI) certificates for 2023, to announcements and prize distribution for competition winners.
The General Manager of Operations and Deputy Director of Operations at Agincourt Resources, Rahmat Lubis, stated that the organization of the National K3 Month commemoration is to enhance the knowledge and involvement of employees and work partners in creating a mining safety culture consisting of Mining Safety and Operations Safety (KO) in Mining.
Held at Tor Sipalpal, the Fun Walk was attended by 127 people, consisting of 25 teams with one team representing Agincourt Resources Management. Meanwhile, held at the Martabe GREAT Hall, the main event was attended by a total of 250 employees and contractors.

Previously, on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, Agincourt Resources held a National K3 Month Seminar with the theme “Good Mining Practice (GMP) Aspects of Mining Safety.” The speakers included Junior Mining Inspector Dega Adi Pratama with a presentation titled “Managing Safe, Efficient, and Productive Mining Activities with GMP Implementation.” This seminar was opened by the Chief Mining Inspector and Director of Mining Technology and Mineral and Coal Environment at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Sunindyo Suryo Herdadi, and remarks were given by the General Manager of Operations at Agincourt Resources, Rahmat Lubis. Located at RecHall, Martabe Gold Mine, the seminar was attended by 100 Agincourt Resources employees and contractors. The excitement of the series of activities commemorating National OHS Month 2024 at the Martabe Gold Mine is also fully supported by contractors, namely PT Indodrill Indonesia, PT Promincon Indonesia, PT Macmahon Mining Services, PT Gobel Dharma Sarana Karya (GDSK), and DNX Indonesia.
