Agincourt Resources has achieved a remarkable feat on the national stage. At the 28th National Quality and Productivity Conference (TKMPN) held in Bali from December 2nd to 6th, 2024, Agincourt Resources’ representative team successfully clinched the highest honor, the Platinum Award.
The team, aptly named “The Smart Vision Team,” was represented by three experienced professionals from Agincourt Resources: Superintendent Drill Blast Rudolf Sitorus, Superintendent Mine Engineering Elis Hutabarat, and Supervisor Corporate Planning and Management, Achmad Habibullah. The trio captivated the judges with their innovation titled “Transforming Cost Efficiency and Operational Quality in Mining.” This innovation was deemed to have the potential to significantly contribute to improving cost efficiency and operational quality in the mining sector.

We hope that the innovation we have developed can make a positive contribution to the development of the mining industry in Indonesia,” said Superintendent Drill Blast Rudolf Sitorus.
TKMPN is an annual event organized by PT Wahana Kendali Mutu and the Indonesian Association of Quality and Productivity Management (AMMPI). The event aims to promote quality improvement and productivity across various industrial sectors in Indonesia. This year’s event attracted over 2,300 innovators from 635 teams representing 227 companies nationwide.
Participants competed in various categories, including Quality Improvement Circle (QIC), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Quality Control Project (QCP), 5R Workplace Culture (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, and Rajin), Design Thinking, and Quality System Improvement (QSI). Each category had distinct evaluation criteria, but all focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
