Agincourt Resources has once again achieved a proud milestone by winning the Best Improving Company in People Strategy award at the Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) 2025, held in Jakarta on 28th August 2025. This marks the company’s second success in this category, having first received the award in 2024.
At the event, the award was received directly by the company’s management, including Director and CFO, Noviandri, Senior Manager Human Capital Development, Sandra V. Makadada, Senior Manager Community, Christine Pepah, and Manager Training and Development, Pipit Febrina. Their presence underscored the company’s strong commitment to developing a human capital management strategy that is adaptive, innovative, and sustainable.
The award recognises Agincourt Resources’ success in advancing strategic programmes focused on enhancing employee competence, providing continuous training systems, and managing talent capable of meeting future challenges.
Building on this achievement, Agincourt Resources is also strengthening its strategic direction through a series of key agendas in preparation for the 2026 Leadership Meeting (Rapim). These include the formulation of the People Strategy and Public Contribution Strategy, presentations by the Working Committee for Public Contribution & People Strategy, and discussions on harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company also emphasised Strategy by Executive formulation and a clear Commitment to Action, ensuring that human capital and public contribution remain top priorities
The Director & CFO, Noviandri, stated that this achievement is not merely an external recognition, but also a tangible reflection of the dedication of all employees. ‘This award is proof that our human resources development strategy is on the right track. We will continue to drive innovation in HR management, enabling our employees to become more competitive and well-prepared to face the dynamics of the industry,’ he said.
