GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – FACILITIES & SERVICES (GDP – Facilities & Services)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Facilities & Services Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent – Technical Services.

The Graduate Development Program – Facilities & Services will be engineering staff for building maintenance and project activities.

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

Fresh graduate or maximum have one year experience.

Have competency in calculating structures, using structural software (SAP, ETABS, etc.) calculating BOQ, and drawing 3D with software (ACAD, Revit, etc.).

Recruitment Location: Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (05 & 06 November 2025) and Universitas Sumatera Utara (10 & 11 November 2025).
