JUNIOR SUPERVISOR – PROJECT DEVELOPMENT (MPDSE 2511056)

This position is located at the Martabe Site within the MPDSE Department and reports directly to the Supervisor – Project.

The Junior Supervisor – Project Development role is supporting and ensuring short term Project construction targets are being achieved in both cost and stages together with Development Execution team in the most cost effective and optimal manner.

Liaison and communicate with others team in MPDSE section and other PTAR Departments if any jobs or materials are related.

Integrate with contractor to ensure the work is running in safely and on schedule. Leading the team to carry out additional work for safety and environmental protection in the earthwork area

Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria

1. A minimum of Senior High School. Preferable Civil Engineering
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining industry
3. Familiar in earthworks, road and dam construction,
4. Able to lead the team to erosion controls, geomembrane, HDPE pipe, culverts, gabions.
5. Understand of pump operation
6. Preferable have POP Certification
7. Strong Supervision skills and ability to direct construction crews
8. Good communication skills to superiors, peers & subordinates.
9. Proactive in safety assurance & problem solving
10. People Handling, Functional & Strategic to make target achieve to QA and QC specifications
