Amid the challenging dynamics of the industry, innovation has become a key enabler for resilience, recovery, and sustainable growth. This commitment to continuous improvement has once again delivered positive results for Agincourt Resources through its participation in InnovAstra 42, a programme that has been underway since October 2025. The series culminated in an awards ceremony held on 11 February 2026 at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra.

At this Astra Group innovation awards event, the BPI Smart Ops Team received recognition in the Business Performance Improvement (BPI) category with the title Special Recognition for Optimising Product Performance. The award was presented in acknowledgement of the team’s tangible contribution to enhancing the company’s business performance, particularly through the optimisation of mining recovery.
The event was attended by members of the Astra Board of Directors, Astra Group executives, and representatives from entities across the Astra Group.
This achievement marks an important milestone, as it represents the first innovation award received by Agincourt Resources at the Astra Group level. In his testimonial, Superintendent Corporate Planning and Management, Mohammad Kemal, expressed appreciation to all members of the Smart Ops Team for their dedication and consistency in delivering innovation that has made a meaningful impact on the company’s performance.

This recognition serves as a reminder that, regardless of current circumstances, there is always an opportunity to recover and move forward. Through strong collaboration, disciplined execution, and a sustained spirit of innovation, challenges can be transformed into opportunities.
Together, Agincourt Resources demonstrates that outstanding performance is built upon solid teamwork and an enduring commitment to continuous improvement.
