Innovation plays an important role in driving continuous improvement, enhancing operational effectiveness, and delivering benefits to communities. This spirit was reflected in the achievements of two Agincourt Resources teams at the 26th PAMA Innovation Convention and PANORAMA ESG (PAMA Internova 2026), held on 1 October 2026 at the PAMA 2 Building, alongside the celebration of PT Pamapersada Nusantara’s (PAMA) 33rd anniversary.

At the event, the Metboys Team from the Metallurgy Department secured second place in the Technical Quality Control Circle (QCCT) category, while the Martabe Social Enterprise Team from the Community Development Department achieved third place in the PANORAMA ESG CSR Innovation category. Both achievements demonstrate the application of innovation in operational activities and community development.
PAMA Innovation Convention XXVI dan PANORAMA ESG (PAMA Internova 2026) marked the culmination of an innovation selection process involving the preparation of project reports, judging via video conference, field verification, and executive judging. Before entering the competition, both teams had undergone development through Marinovasi 2026, Agincourt Resources’ internal innovation forum. With guidance and mentoring, the teams refined their problem-solving approaches, strengthened data validation, and evaluated the impact and sustainability of their innovations.
The event was attended by PT Pamapersada Nusantara President Commissioner Frans Kesuma, PT Pamapersada Nusantara President Director Hendra Hutahean, members of the PAMA Group Board of Directors, and innovators from various companies and operational sites.
Agincourt Resources was represented by President Director Muliady Sutio, Manager Corporate Planning & Management Development Mohammad Kemal, Plant Metallurgist Sara Sembiring, Senior Metallurgist Ivan Marthin, and Officer Agriculture Development Duma Simanullang.
President Director of Agincourt Resources Muliady Sutio emphasised that innovation should continue to be developed as an integral part of the company’s work culture, rather than merely as a means of participating in competitions. He highlighted the important role of employee-driven improvement initiatives in enhancing operational effectiveness, strengthening collaboration, and creating sustainable benefits for both the company and surrounding communities.
Agincourt Resources’ participation in PAMA Internova 2026 provided an opportunity to broaden learning and share improvement practices that can be applied across different functions within the company. The achievements of both teams also reflect the importance of collaboration, competency development, and a culture of innovation in supporting efficiency, safety, operational sustainability, and community development.
