GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – CPMD (GDP – CPMD) 

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the CMPD Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent – Corporate Planning & Management. 

The Graduate Development Program – CMPD is to: 

1. Supporting organizations to improve business performance by formulating, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing strategic management policies and activities (PDCA cycle), as well as providing business consulting within the company. 

2. Supporting organizations to improve business performance by implementing a quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 within the company. 

3. Supporting organizations to improve business performance by implementing innovation management activities within the company. 

4. Supporting organizations to improve business performance by implementing strategic projects and internal consulting within the company. 

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria: 

1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Management, IT, or Business. 

2. Fluent in English and Indonesian 

3. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

4. Having participated in ISO 9001 & Six Sigma/Similar awareness training is an additional point 

5. Having Basic programming skill is an additional point.
