GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – FINANCE (GDP – FIN01) 

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Finance (Site) Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent – Finance. 

The Graduate Development Program – Finance is: 

• Part of the management accounting team that prepares management financial reports (operational and financial) according to agreed deadlines (Monthly, Forecast, and Annual Reports). 

• Part of the management accounting team that prepares Budgets and Forecasts according to agreed deadlines. 

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria: 

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting Economics. 

2. Good oral and written communication skills. 

3. Ability to work in a team. 

4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. 

5. Good accuracy and attention to detail. 

6. Organizational skills.
