This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Human Resources Department and will report directly to the Superintendent – Human Resources.
The Graduate Development Program – Human Resources will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across the Human Resources Department, including in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Law or industrial engineering.
- Preferably possess an HR Expertise Certification or a BNSP certificate in HR.
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in HR; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be an Indonesian citizen. Bachelor’s Degree applicants should be aged 18-25, while Master’s/Postgraduate Degree applicants should be aged 24-28 at the time of enrolment.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- A solid understanding of employment laws and legal frameworks.
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations Disputes.
- Preferably experienced in Compensation & Benefits or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
