GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MAINTENANCE (GDP – MNT01)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Processing (Maintenance) Department, with direct reporting to the Coordinator – Maintenance Electrical dan Instrumentation. 

The Graduate Development Program –Maintenance (MNT01) is a position created for Bachelor of Electrical Engineering graduates starting from fresh graduates with 0-2 years of work experience, who will be educated and trained in a special development program to be ready to become an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. GDP Electrical Maintenance will be guided by the Superintendent – Electrical Maintenance and Senior Engineer – Electrical during the Graduate Development Program (GDP) development program. GDP Maintenance will focus on learning and developing to be able to understand and implement the methodology for maintaining mineral processing plants and supporting equipment in the electrical field to achieve production targets, factory operations and key performance indicator (KPI) targets in the maintenance and care of the plant in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with technical standards, policies and legislation as well as occupational safety standards. 

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria: 

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. 
  1. Have 0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering functions in a mining, oil and gas, or heavy equipment industry environment. 
  1. Ability to interpret technical drawings and single-line diagrams and prepare reports and maintain accurate records. 
  1. Adequate verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet. 
  1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. 
  1. High attention to standards and detail. 
  1. Highly motivated and proactive with a positive attitude. 
  1. Ability to manage electrical systems to minimize risk and improve plant performance and analyze and troubleshoot electrical network systems.
