GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT (GDP-TD)

This role is based at the Martabe Gold Mine site within the Training & Development Department, reporting directly to the Superintendent of Organizational Development & Talent Management.

The Graduate Development Program – Training & Development will be responsible for implementing employee development programs, organizational development, and digitalization initiatives at the Martabe Gold Mine. The role ensures that all activities related to employee development are carried out safely, in line with established procedures, while providing excellent service to employees and relevant stakeholders. The incumbent will work to meet set targets responsibly, contributing to the continuous development of employees. Additionally, the role will participate in various Human Capital Development programs and activities as assigned.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in Training and Development (either within a company or as a consultant).
  3. Indonesian citizen, with a bachelor’s degree for candidates aged 18-25 or a Master’s/Postgraduate degree for candidates aged 24-28.
  4. Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  5. Experience as a trainer.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (at least intermediate level).
  7. Organizational experience in a coordinator role.
  8. Completed training/certification in Human Resource Development.
  9. Experience in initiatives related to Human Capital Management.
