This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Training & Development Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent – ODTM / Superintendent – TDE.
The Graduate Development Program – Training & Development is responsible for implementing employee development programs, organizational development, and digitalization programs at the Martabe Gold Mine. Ensure that all activities supporting employee development programs are carried out safely and in accordance with existing work procedures, provide the best service to employees and related parties, and achieve established targets responsibly to ensure sustainable employee development. The GDP role also has the responsibility to participate in Human Capital Development programs and activities in accordance with assigned responsibilities.
Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or Psychology
- Minimum have 1-3 years of experience in employee training and development (company or consulting)
- Have teaching experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Min. Intermediate).
- Have organizational experience as an administrator.
- Have participated in training on human resource development and development related to Human Capital Management.
