SENIOR SUPERVISOR – PROJECT WATER MANAGEMENT & ENERGY (MPDSE 2511052)

This position will be based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the MPDSE Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent – Project & Energy Development.

The role of Senior Supervisor Project Water Management & Energy is accountable for assisting Superintendent Water Management & Green Energy on the scope of water management (pumping & pipe), green energy solar PV development, water treatment and dewatering contractor management. This position will also collaborate with others Superintendent & Senior Engineer/Supervisor within study & development in maintaining the various ongoing project.

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria:

  1. University degree in electrical/mechanical/ industrial or other related discipline with working experience more than 7 years, or senior high school with previous experience more than 10 years within pumping/piping scope & solar PV
  2. Proven knowledge and experience within pumping & pipe work, especially within mining activity.
  3. Able to perform pumping analysis including pipe specification assessment and water modelling.
  4. Preferably have professional certification on pumping & solar PV installations.
  5. Basic computer software (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Demonstrates a strong “can-do” mindset and a proactive attitude.
  7. Good communication & team player.
  8. Good skills in English language (listening, speaking, writing).
