On Tuesday, 31 January 2023, PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) together with the Dharma Bhakti Astra Foundation (YDBA) and PTAR-assisted cooperatives signed a collaboration commitment sheet as a marker of the start of the mentoring program. The kick off of this mentoring collaboration was carried out virtually and offline at Sopo Daganak.
This activity was opened with remarks from PTAR General Manager Operations Rahmat Lubis and YDBA Chairman Sigit Prabowo Kumala, followed by a presentation on the framework of the mentoring program for the next one year by YDBA Head of Planning and Development Department Edison Monoarfa. After the signing of the cooperation, the first agenda for this mentoring program began, namely Basic Mentality Training for 17 management representatives and members of three PTAR-assisted cooperatives, namely Griya Upa Tondi Cooperative, Permata Siala Sappagul Cooperative, and Karya Mulia Bakti Cooperative.
PTAR Community Senior Manager Christine Pepah said, the Basic Mentality Training which was held from 31 January to 1 February 2023 and facilitated by professional business coaches and UKM assistants Iriansah Sidik, was held to foster enthusiasm and confidence in the management and members of the PTAR-assisted cooperatives to revive business activities of the assisted cooperatives.
