Senior Supervisor of Small Medium Enterprises (SME) at Agincourt Resources, Meriah Tinambunan, reported that 37 individual MSMEs, beneficiaries of the company’s support, participated in the event. Beyond simply facilitating tax reporting, this initiative aims to bolster understanding and awareness among MSMEs regarding tax compliance. According to Law No. 7 of 2021 on the Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP), individual taxpayers who own MSMEs with annual gross revenue of up to Rp500 million are exempt from paying a 0.5% final income tax. Nevertheless, they are still obligated to file their annual tax returns.
