At the 1st Sumatera Fire Rescue Challenge (SFRC), the Agincourt Resources Emergency Response Team (ERT) won multiple awards in various competition categories, including 2nd Place in the Structural Fire Fighting competition, 1st Runner-up in the Firefighter Competency Test and Individual Skill competition, 1st Runner-up in the Water Rescue competition, 2nd Runner-up in the Road Accident Rescue competition, 2nd Runner-up in the Firefighter Combat Challenge competition. The 1st SFRC was held at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Tanjung Enim, Palembang, from February 18-22, 2024.
The event was attended by a total of 15 ERTs from mining companies operating on the island of Sumatra, including PT Cipta Kridatama, PT Timah Tbk., PT Mustika Indah Permai, PT Semen Padang, PT Mifa Bersaudara, Golden Energy Mines (Sinarmas), PT United Tractors Tbk., PT Pamapersada Nusantara, PT Kalimantan Prima Persada, PT Putra Perkasa Abadi, PT Bukit Asam Tbk., PT Satria Bahana Sarana, and PT Trimegah Bangun Persada – Harita Nikel.
In addition, at the closing ceremony of the 1st SFRC, Senior Manager Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) of Agincourt Resources Hari Ananto received the flag designating Agincourt Resources as the host of the SFRC in 2025 from the Indonesian Association for Emergency Response in Mining and Energy (Pertapindo).
