The three-day event, held from August 1 to 3, 2024, in Sumuran Village, Batang Toru District, aimed to enhance the capacity of business owners in managing finances and marketing their products.

The training, which involved participants from 15 villages/urban villages around the mine, featured two expert speakers from Jakarta. Chantika Putri Kehi Lau, an expert in business finance management, and Alexander Agung Satrio, a branding and product marketing expert.

On the first and second days, participants were introduced to the importance of good bookkeeping in managing business finances.
