Agincourt Resources once again carried out a social service initiative by offering free medical treatment through the “Specialist Doctors Visit the Village” program in Tabusira Village, Angkola Timur Subdistrict, on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. This activity is part of the Company’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life for local communities, particularly in the field of healthcare.
In collaboration with the South Tapanuli Regional Health Office, Agincourt Resources brought a team of specialists, including obstetrician-gynecologist dr. Ryan Andrian, SP.OG, pediatrician dr. Reza Hasibuan, M.Ked(Ped), Sp.A, and internal medicine specialist dr. Abdus Somad Harahap, Sp.PD. A total of 213 people benefited from this program, with 34 receiving pediatric care, 20 receiving obstetric and gynecological care, and 159 receiving internal medicine consultations.

dr. Duma Sari, Head of the Angkola Timur Community Health Center, expressed her deep appreciation for Agincourt Resources’ efforts. “We are immensely grateful for Agincourt Resources’ concern for the health of the people in Angkola Timur Subdistrict. This program provides much-needed access to specialist healthcare for communities that have long faced difficulties in obtaining such services,” she said.
The health screenings revealed a variety of conditions, including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, digestive disorders, and upper respiratory tract infections. Thanks to this program, residents were able to receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment.
The Specialist Doctors Enter Village Program organized by Agincourt Resources is the 5th treatment in 2024 which aims to provide quality health services to people in hard-to-reach areas. By bringing specialist doctors directly to the village, people can get the right diagnosis and treatment.
