Agincourt Resources has once again demonstrated its concern for education and community health by holding the Martabe Goes to School (MGTS) program. On Friday, October 25, 2024, SMP Negeri 1 Muara Batang Toru hosted the event themed First Aid.
The event was attended by 92 students and 6 teachers, and featured competent speakers from Agincourt Resources, namely Senior Supervisor of External Relations, Zulham Effendi, and a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), Siddiq Lubis. They interactively delivered material on Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

The material covered the understanding of the airway, how to check and maintain the airway, and the correct technique for performing CPR. The DRABC concept (Danger, Response, Airway, Breathing, Circulation) was also explained in detail to help participants understand the correct sequence of actions in providing first aid.
The Principal of SMP Negeri 1 Muara Batang Toru, Maryam Simamora, expressed her deepest gratitude to Agincourt Resources. “We are very grateful to Agincourt Resources for this MGTS program. With this program, our students’ knowledge has increased and can be applied if they ever see someone who has an accident,” she said.
