Dozens of Healthcare Workers Received ESQ Training to Provide Optimal Service

In an effort to enhance the quality of healthcare services in South Tapanuli Regency, Agincourt Resources, in collaboration with the South Tapanuli Health Office, organized an Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) and Capacity Building training for healthcare personnel. This event took place over two days, from Wednesday to Thursday, December 11-12, 2024, in Aek Sabaon, Marancar District. 

A total of 46 participants attended the training, including healthcare workers from Batang Toru Health Center, Hutaraja Health Center, the South Tapanuli Health Office committee, and representatives from regional public hospitals in South Tapanuli. 

“The primary goal of this activity is for healthcare workers in Batang Toru and Hutaraja to understand the importance of providing optimal service and contributing maximally to the community, so that the public can experience the best possible healthcare service,” said Rohani Simbolon, Manager of Community Development at Agincourt Resources.

The training featured speakers from PT Arga Bangun Bangsa, including Eka Kartika Chandra, Ronny Pasarella, Dimas Wilatikto, Wawan Riduan, and Dadang Suhendar. They shared their knowledge and experiences on self-development, leadership, and performance improvement. 

Rudi Iskandar, Head of the South Tapanuli Health Office, expressed appreciation for the support provided by Agincourt Resources. “We would like to thank Agincourt Resources for their full support of the healthcare programs in South Tapanuli throughout 2024. We hope that this collaboration and program will continue,” he said.
