Agincourt Resources once again organized a training program on the 25 essential skills for Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Integrated Health Service Post/Posyandu) cadres, alongside a Life Cycle Posyandu Roadshow. This follow-up initiative, held over five days from 13 to 17 June 2025, took place at various Posyandu facilities under the supervision of Puskesmas Pembantu (Auxiliary Community Health Centers) in Manompas and Hutagodang. The advanced training was attended by 35 new cadres, aiming to continuously strengthen their capacity to deliver comprehensive and sustainable health services aligned with the community’s life cycle stages.
The training modules were delivered progressively and covered key topics, including the transformation policy of primary healthcare services in Posyandu, effective communication and home visits, Posyandu management, and core health services for various age groups—ranging from pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, infants and toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents, to adults and the elderly. Cadres were also trained in the use of standardized assessment tools developed in collaboration with local Puskesmas, ensuring the implementation of quality health services.
The program culminated in a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Roadshow of the Life Cycle Posyandu services in the villages of Hutagodang and Muara Manompas. During these sessions, facilitators conducted on-site verification of Posyandu activities, reviewed the completion of official forms, and assessed cadres’ understanding of screening procedures using support cards. Facilitators also provided additional clarification on elements that were not yet fully understood to ensure improved service delivery and adherence to established standards.
