Globally Competitive Technological Innovation Agincourt Resources Shares Innovation at the Hexagon Regional Mining Forum

 As part of its ongoing commitment to innovation and the advancement of mining technology capabilities, Agincourt Resources participated in the 2025 Hexagon Regional Mining Forum held on Tuesday, 24 June 2025, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. This forum served as a strategic platform for mining professionals across Southeast Asia to exchange knowledge, experiences, and insights on the latest software and hardware developments from Hexagon Mining in response to the evolving challenges of the mining industry. 

Representing Agincourt Resources were Superintendent Mine Engineering Elis Hutabarat, Senior Engineer Continuous Improvement & Fleet Management System Irfan Aufa, Mining Technology Engineer Dimas Karunia, and Graduate Development Program (GDP) Mine Engineering participant Ryan Pakpahan. Their presence underscored the company’s commitment to digital transformation and the development of human resources in the mining sector.

A key highlight of the forum was the Customer Case Study presentation, during which Irfan Aufa and Dimas Karunia shared the implementation of the Fleet Management System (FMS) at the Martabe Gold Mine. The study showcased how FMS technology has significantly enhanced fleet utilization and operational productivity. 

Agincourt Resources also took part in a panel discussion themed “Optimising Fleet Utilisation and Productivity.” In this session, Irfan Aufa and Ryan Pakpahan engaged in a dynamic discussion alongside Operation Manager of PT Geopersada Mulia Abadi, Agus Sudarjat, and Head of Mining Operations at PT Meares Soputan Mining (PT Archi), Indra Tasmin Karim. The conversation emphasized the importance of data-driven approaches in operational decision-making within the mining industry. 

“This forum provided us with the opportunity not only to learn firsthand about the latest technological advancements, but also to share the best practices we have implemented in the field. We hope our experience at the Martabe Gold Mine can serve as a valuable reference for fellow industry professionals,” said Irfan Aufa.
