Through ongoing efforts to support sustainable agriculture and community economic independence, Agincourt Resources’ Program Petani Milenial was recognised at the Bisnis Indonesia Social Responsibility Award (BISRA) 2025, receiving the Silver Award in Jakarta on 30 September 2025. The award was accepted by Director & Chief Financial Officer, Noviandri; Senior Manager Community, Christine Pepah; and Superintendent Communications & Outreach Strategy, Teresia Prahesti, in acknowledgment of the programme’s contribution to empowering communities and enhancing local agricultural capacity.

Program Petani Milenial is a company initiative aimed at empowering young people to develop productive, competitive, and environmentally friendly modern farming enterprises. By providing access to training, technology, and market networks, the programme not only strengthens youth capacity in the agricultural sector but also supports national food security and fosters community economic independence.

Noviandri emphasised the significance of the award as a product of collaboration. “We believe the millennial generation plays a crucial role in driving innovation in agriculture. This achievement is the result of cooperation between the company, partners, and local communities. We are grateful for the support received, and together we move forward towards sustainable, inclusive, and positively impactful development,” he stated.
