Agincourt Resources’ commitment to fostering a culture of innovation once again delivered outstanding results at the 29th National Quality & Productivity Gathering (TKMPN XXIX) 2025, held on 24th–29th November 2025 in Batam. The event—attended by 222 companies, 650 innovation teams, and more than 2,400 participants—stands as one of the largest quality-improvement forums in Indonesia.
During the opening session, President Director of PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN), Nandi Julyanto, who served as keynote speaker, emphasised that innovation is a fundamental pillar of industrial sustainability. “Quality and productivity can only be achieved when companies cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Innovation must be born from cross-functional collaboration and the courage to explore new approaches that deliver real value,” he stated. This message aligns closely with Agincourt Resources’ spirit of encouraging creativity and continuous improvement across all areas of work.
This year, the Horas Berjaya Satu Team, consisting of Sr. Engineer Continuous Improvement & Fleet Management System, Irfan Aufa, Senior Geologist Mine Grade Control, Ade Triyunita, and Engineer Mining Technology, Dimas Karunia, successfully represented Agincourt Resources and achieved the Platinum Award—the highest recognition granted only to the most outstanding innovations. This marks the company’s third Platinum Award, continuing a series of achievements following its 1st Place win at the 2025 Marinovasi QCP and 3rd Place at the PAMA Innovation Convention.
Horas Berjaya Satu, a strong collaboration between the Mining and Mine Geology teams, presented their innovation “Increase Ore Recovery and Material Movement” in Stream 5. Through a data-driven approach, precision fleet-management and drone technology, and consistent implementation of PDCA, the team increased mining recovery from 94% to 96.75%, boosted production by 4%, reduced ore block installation lost time by 89%, and cut excavator travel delays by 37%. Overall, the improvement delivered a financial benefit of USD 15.12 million per year.
This achievement reinforces that excellence can only be attained through collaboration, the willingness to innovate, and a strong commitment to continuous development.
