Digital transformation in education is an essential step towards creating more interactive and adaptive learning experiences. As part of its commitment to improving the quality of education, Agincourt Resources provided educational facilities in the form of Digital Interactive Smart Boards to four schools in Batang Toru Subdistrict.

The handover ceremony was held on Friday, 27th February 2026, in a classroom at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Toru, and was attended by around 30 participants, including representatives from schools, teachers, students, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Education Office, and Regional Education Branch Office XI.
The event was attended by Senior Manager Community of Agincourt Resources, Christine Pepah, and Manager Community Development, Rohani Simbolon.
The assistance was provided to SMP Negeri 1 Batang Toru, SMA Negeri 1 Batang Toru, MTs Negeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan, and SD Negeri 100707 Perkebunan Batang Toru.
A total of four digital Smart Board units, with a combined value of IDR 313,200,000, were distributed to support more innovative and engaging learning processes for students.
In her remarks, Senior Manager Community of Agincourt Resources, Christine Pepah, stated that the use of digital technology in classrooms is expected to create more dynamic and interactive learning materials, thereby increasing students’ motivation to learn.
Meanwhile, Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of South Tapanuli Regency, Masir Rambe expressed appreciation for the company’s support in strengthening the education sector, particularly in introducing digital learning technologies in schools.

Through this initiative, Agincourt Resources hopes that the use of digital learning technology will broaden access to knowledge and contribute to the improvement of human resource quality in the Batang Toru area.
