Efforts to improve community health rely heavily on the dedication of Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) community health workers, who consistently provide healthcare services to families. This dedication has brought recognition to Posyandu Suplier 1 in Napa Village, Batang Toru South Tapanuli, which secured third place in the 2026 ASTRA Prosperous Village Posyandu Competition.
The award was announced during the Lentera Kader webinar on 26 September 2026, following the finalists’ presentations on 22 September 2026. The competition recognised Posyandu centres that demonstrated commitment, creativity, and innovation in developing life-cycle-based healthcare services for their communities.

In the competition, Posyandu Suplier 1 was represented by five health cadres. The participation of the Posyandu was also supported by Batang Toru Community Health Centre (Puskesmas), the Napa Village Family Welfare and Empowerment Team (TP PKK), the Batang Toru Subdistrict TP PKK, and Agincourt Resources.
The ASTRA Prosperous Village Posyandu Competition highlighted the importance of implementing the Active Lifecycle Posyandu approach, which provides healthcare services for people across different age groups and stages of life. Through this approach, Posyandu centres are encouraged to continuously improve service quality, strengthen the involvement of community health workers, and develop good practices that respond to community needs.
The achievement of Posyandu Suplier 1 in Napa Village recognises the dedication of community health workers in improving healthcare services at the village level. It is also expected to encourage knowledge sharing, further innovation, and a stronger role for Posyandu in supporting the health and well-being of families and communities.
