Dozens of Posyandu cadres from Batangtoru and Muara Batangtoru received training in 25 skills. The event was opened on Monday, June 3, 2024, and ended on Saturday, June 8, 2024. This Posyandu cadre training was organized by Agincourt Resources in collaboration with the Tapanuli Selatan Regency Health Office, Batangtoru Puskesmas, Hutaraja Puskesmas, and CV Sinergy Medika Indonesia.
This training was conducted to realize the integration of primary service transformation, which is one of the newest programs of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia this year. This training is expected to be able to serve the entire Life Cycle and master 25 Posyandu cadre skills, in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines.
The training participants received several training materials such as Primary Service Transformation Policy at Posyandu, Effective Communication and Home Visits, Posyandu Management, Basic Posyandu Services for Pregnant and Lactating Mothers, Basic Posyandu Services for Infants and Toddlers, Basic Posyandu Services for School-Age Children and Adolescents, Posyandu Services for Productive and Elderly People, as well as practice and simulation.
